Chloe Webb, Steven Berry, Joshua Falconer, Sam Hayward and Maddie Bates
Chloe Webb is a third year BA(Hons) Media Production student at Solent University. Chloe joined the social media team at FILM EXPO SOUTH to express her creativity and use her passion for writing to extend her skill set. Chloe enjoys writing and this opportunity has slowed her to improve and create work which reflects her interests and expand her knowledge. After graduation, Chloe hopes to find a career in online media as part of advertising and creating content.
Steven Berry is a third-year media production student at Solent University. Steven joined the Social Media Team at FILM EXPO SOUTH to challenge himself, to learn new skills and evolve his current skillset. This opportunity has many rewards and Steven has already connected with valuable connections in the media industry. During his time on the team, Steven will cover insightful blogs and interviews with experts in their fields. After University, Steven’s goal is to be to part of a creative team producing content for social media platforms.
Joshua Falconer is a 2nd year Media Production Student at Solent University with interests in Audio Production and Promotional work. Josh is volunteering with FILM EXPO SOUTH to expand the learning at university, giving him new skills he may not have gained in lectures alone. He wants to use the experiences and knowledge he gains with FES to help obtain employment within the industry. On graduation, Josh aims to work in film promotion, social media or audio work for productions.
Sam Hayward is a Media Production student at Solent University. He is currently volunteering at FILM EXPO SOUTH and Film Offices because he would like to gain more experience in the media industry in order to hone his skills in video and audio production as well as improving his writing skills. Sam is a lover of film and is able to meet people in the industry, learn more about the filmmaking and the film reviewing process. On completion of his degree next year, Sam would like to work in the radio industry as well as continue to write reviews for films and stay within the film industry.
Madeline Bates is studying Media Production at Solent University. Maddie joined FILM EXPO SOUTH to challenge and improve her skills and gain more experience and knowledge in the media industry. After University Maddie would like to work in the film or TV industry, working as an Assistant Director or a Producer.
